02 · Building Requirements
Physical criteria
An IRS-registered 501(c)(3) charity needs 2,000 SF or more of warehouse space with a loading dock, in Lake County or the north end of Cook County, by December 2026. Volunteers will sort, weigh and pack donated goods, prepare packing slips and load the boxes into a 40-foot shipping container, so a dock the truck can back up to is a must. Parking for at least 10. The charity is asking for donated use of the space for about three months.
